Early life wealth-building programs such as baby bonds and child savings and development accounts refer to the suite of policies aimed at providing accounts for children that can be used for wealth-building activities when they reach adulthood. Urban researchers explore these programs to inform policy design and implementation at the federal, state, and local levels.
