Georgia’s Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) Quality Rated program is a systemic approach to assessing, improving, and communicating the quality of child care and early education programs. This fact sheet summarizes parent perspectives from virtual focus groups and Data Walks on the most important features of quality in child care and early education and the future of the Quality Rated system.
