The August 2017 edition of At A Glance, the Housing Finance Policy Center’s reference guide for mortgage and housing market data, includes updated figures describing latest GSE risk-sharing transactions and the composition of the mortgage insurance market, and a new nonbank originations section that tracks nonbank originator shares in the agency market, and compares loans originated by bank and nonbank originators along key credit box dimensions, such as credit scores, LTVs and DTIs.
