Vincent Pancini is a research associate with the Health Policy Division at the Urban Institute. He received his BS in economics and public policy from The Ohio State University, where he graduated with honors and research distinction. His senior thesis, which investigated the relationship between Affordable Care Act’s Medicaid expansion and time spent seeking health care, won the Gledhill Prize for best paper in applied economics.
