Laura Wagner is a research associate in the Family and Financial Well-Being Division at the Urban Institute. She graduated with high honors from Swarthmore College, where she majored in political science and economics. At Swarthmore, Wagner’s research focused on the economics of education in Chester, Pennsylvania.
