  • Izabela Solosi a training and technical assistance specialist in the Research to Action Lab, where she helps Urban partners build their capacity to implement social policy programs. Izabela has over 10 years of experience designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences and communities of practice on a variety of topics (soft and technical skills) for a broad range of audiences (government agencies, nonprofit organizations, private corporations). Before joining Urban, Izabela designed and delivered training programs focused on enhancing the ability of individuals, organizations, and communities to engage in conflict constructively with the goal of reaching sustainable solutions.

    Solosi has a BA in conflict resolution and an MEd in instructional design and technology from George Mason University. She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development and a trained mediator.
