Christin Durham is a principal research associate in the Income, Benefits, and Poverty practice area in the Health, Income, and Benefits Policy Division at the Urban Institute, where she codirects the Child Care and Development Fund Policies Database and serves as a senior analyst for the Transfer Income Model, version 3 (TRIM3) and the Analysis of Transfers, Taxes, and Income Security (ATTIS) microsimulation model. She collaborates frequently with the Higher Education and Workforce practice areas for research and evaluation projects related to youth and adult workforce development. Before rejoining Urban, Durham worked as a reimbursement analyst with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Provider Finance Department, where she served as a senior analyst and subject-matter expert in provider payment rate methodologies for various Medicaid and non-Medicaid long-term services and supports. She holds an MPP from the George Mason University Schar School of Policy and Government.
