Brady Meixell is a senior research associate in the Housing and Communities Division at the Urban Institute. His work focuses on community and economic development, small businesses, place-based interventions, land use, and financing.
Meixell previously worked at the Southwest Brooklyn Industrial Development Corporation, where he provided technical assistance to small businesses and worked on industrial policy and planning issues in New York City. He holds a BA in public policy from the College of William & Mary and an MS in urban planning from Columbia University.
