In this written testimony submitted to the Maryland House of Delegates, Theresa Anderson expresses support for H.B. 0463: Maryland Higher Education Commission – Demographic Data Collection – Parental Status. Anderson describes how supporting parenting students is a very effective two-generation strategy. Collecting student-record-level data is necessary to support college success for parents.
