Madeline Brown testified before the Council of the District of Columbia’s Committee on Business and Economic Development during a hearing on DC’s Child Trust Fund. Brown submitted her oral testimony and her written testimony that proposes a variety of policy recommendations that would promote inclusion and flexibility in DC’s Child Trust Fund.
