TNI@School in Prince George’s County, Maryland established a network of school- and community-based organizations to help achieve its goal of ensuring that all students are resilient, successful, and ready to learn. This report focuses on the activities of TNI@School’s core partners for grades K–12 from 2015 to 2017 and examines interim measures of progress in connecting students to services. TNI@School has made great strides in setting up a robust initiative and serving over 2,180 students during 2015–17. The initiative has established a solid foundation for connecting students and families to programming designed to remove barriers to academic success, improve academic outcomes, and stabilize families.
