This guide provides mentors with instructions for four role-playing scenarios, describes what they’ll gain from each, and offer strategies for using reflective questioning, constructive feedback, and joint problem-solving. Role-playing helps mentors to youth apprentices anticipate how they might respond to different situations that could arise with their apprentices at work or school.
