In response to the notice of proposed rulemaking by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services, Urban Institute experts provided input on several provisions of the proposed rule including those related to Medicaid Advisory Committees, Beneficiary Advisory Groups, appointment wait time standards, secret shopper surveys and home and community-based services.
