In response to the notice of proposed rulemaking by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Managed Care Access, Finance, and Quality, Urban Institute experts provided input on several provisions of the proposed rule including those discussing enrollee experience surveys, appointment wait time standards, and secret shopper surveys.
