The Child Care Policy Research Partnership (CCPRP) grant program supports partnerships between child care agencies and researchers to investigate questions of importance to local and national child care policies and practices. With support from the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation in the Administration for Children and Families, the Urban Institute supports cross-project collaboration across the grant teams and dissemination of their reports. This bibliography includes all public-facing products published by the 2019 cohort of the CCPRP grant teams as of September 2025. These reports, briefs, fact sheets, and other products cover various topics related to the efficacy of child care subsidy policies and quality-improvement initiatives. Many also cover the experiences of child care providers and families during the COVID-19 pandemic.
