This report evaluates the ongoing partnership between the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) and Seattle Public Schools (SPS) and provides technical assistance to support the partnership’s development. SHA and SPS recognize that going forward they must balance the need for continued internal investments in the health of the partnership itself with new investments in direct services and community engagement. This report builds four sets of recommendations from an earlier Urban report, Next Steps for the Seattle Housing Authority-Seattle Public Schools Partnership, with guidance on how the partnership can measure ongoing progress toward services integration and systems change efforts, as well as possible expansion toward collective impact efforts that incorporate additional community partners.
