Abstract
This report outlines important state and federal policy choices for Affordable Care Act (ACA) implementation that can either help or harm people with disabilities. Such choices involve health care coverage, access, and disparities; health coverage that facilitates employment; and long-term services and supports. The roadmap identifies key issues and explores policy alternatives to help people with disabilities. A significant goal of this inventory is to equip the disability community with information that it can use to assess its priorities and develop an agenda for ACA implementation.
