Abstract

Mary K. Cunningham, Vice President of the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center, testified before the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services on how the Housing Choice Voucher Program could end homelessness and expand economic opportunity. Her testimony provided an overview of the benefits of the program, recommendations for implementing an expansion of the program, and strategies to align this expansion with a broader housing strategy.
