In response to the Office of Management and Budget’s Request for Information on Methods and Leading Practices for Advancing Public Participation and Community Engagement with the Federal Government, Urban Institute experts shared their community engagement-related expertise to advance the aims of the OMB in developing a government-wide framework for public participation and community engagement.
This submission contains a series of tools, resources, and evidence gained through the Advancing Contextual Analysis and Methods of Participant Engagement at OPRE (CAMPE) project. The learnings from the CAMPE project can serve as an important example of how other federal agencies can better incorporate equity and community engagement into their RFPs.
