Urban is leading the ongoing cost-benefit analysis of the HPOG 2.0 program. It seeks to compare the costs of the HPOG program (from all perspectives) with the long-term benefits, in terms of participant outcomes and societal cost savings.

This cost-benefit analysis of the HPOG 2.0 program includes data collected from a survey of grantees, publicly available data on the cost of training, and HPOG 2.0 impact evaluation results.
