Rachel Kenney is a writer in the communications department at the Urban Institute, where she helps bring Urban’s research to a broad audience through feature stories, data tools, and blog posts. In her time at Urban, she has been an intern, a project coordinator in the Income and Benefits Policy Center, and an editor for health policy. Kenney has a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Spanish from James Madison University.
