More than two years after the US Supreme Court’s decision to end race-conscious admissions policies at universities, how is higher education changing? Byran Cook, the Urban Institute’s director for higher education policy, told The Baltimore Sun. But without better applicant data to compare against admissions data, it’s difficult to determine the whole story. “A lot of institutions are having to make significant changes in their policies,” Cook said. “In many cases, this is already changing the demographics of what campuses look like.”
