You are invited to a discussion about the health equity implications of the Promise Neighborhoods initiative. This webinar, rescheduled from March 2021, will examine how social determinants of health interact in our communities and how education, specifically, affects health outcomes. The discussion will be relevant to both Full-Service Community Schools and Promise Neighborhoods grantees.
