Body

This is event is by invitation only.

Join the Urban Institute and the Ford Foundation for the DC premiere of Moynihan. A lifelong statesman and diplomat, Daniel Patrick Moynihan was renowned for his bipartisanship and for advancing his policymaking agenda with data and evidence, demonstrating how critical facts can be. To tackle inequality, he crossed the aisle to advance policies and show how racism and discrimination trapped people in poverty.

A conversation about the legacy of bipartisanship and the need for evidence-based decisionmaking will precede the film.
