I believe that rigorous evaluation of public policies and programs is critical to understanding and improving the opportunities, experiences, and outcomes of disadvantaged groups.
Victoria Lee is a research analyst in the Center on Education Data and Policy at the Urban Institute. She supports research on K–12 and higher education policy and works on projects about K–12 funding and expenditures and college affordability. Before joining Urban, Lee was an intern at the US Department of Education in the Policy and Program Studies Service and at the Center for the Study of Social Policy.
Lee received her BA from Wellesley College, majoring in economics and political science.
