Tomi Rajninger is a research assistant in the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center at the Urban Institute. Her research interests include community development, homelessness, housing affordability, and equity in education and public infrastructure.

Rajninger received a BS in statistics and a minor in public affairs from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she conducted research to accelerate equity in computing and technology, focusing on educational pathways.
