Tola Myczkowska is a research analyst in the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center.

Before joining Urban, she was a program manager at Smart Growth America, developing and delivering research and technical assistance related to housing, real estate financing, and the impacts of land use regulations and development decisions on economic, environmental, racial, and public health outcomes. She has also worked as an international antipoverty advocate and refugee resettlement coordinator.

Myczkowska holds a BS in urban and regional studies and international relations from Cornell University.
