Storm Ervin is a research analyst in the Justice Policy Center at the Urban Institute. Her work focuses on victimization and juvenile justice. She earned her MPP from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. There, she explored restorative justice as an alternative to punitive discipline policies in public schools. Ervin also was a graduate research assistant at the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, where she contributed descriptive data on experiential education programs in Big 10 Universities to a university-wide task force.
