Sarah Knowles is a research analyst in the Tax and Income Supports​ Division. She works with the Welfare Rules Database and the TRIM3 Transfer Income Model. Before joining Urban, Knowles worked with the Women, Infants, and Children benefit program, the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program, and other welfare programs through internships. Knowles holds bachelor’s degrees in sociology and political science at Villanova University.
