Samantha Brown is a project manager for WorkRise at the Urban Institute. Before joining Urban, she held positions at the New York Historical, New York State Office of Resilient Homes and Communities, Hagerty Consulting, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Brown holds a BA in political science from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an MS in information science with a concentration in archives and records management from the State University of New York at Albany.
