Rebecca Passmore is a talent development manager in the human resources and administration department at the Urban Institute. She manages Urban’s performance management process and supports professional development initiatives.

Before coming to Urban, Passmore was the assistant sales and payroll manager at Purple Tie by Ridgewells. She also was a concierge and resident events planner for Paradigm Companies.

Passmore holds an MS in human resource management from Stony Brook University.
