Marcus Gaddy is a research associate in the Urban Institute’s Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center. His portfolio includes formative evaluations of dual-generation poverty alleviation strategies and collective impact models, community needs assessment, and performance management and evaluation.

Gaddy holds a BS in economics from the Ohio State University and an MPP from the University of Maryland.
