Macy Rainer
Research Analyst
Macy Rainer is a research analyst in the Center on Education Data and Policy at the Urban Institute, where she focuses on topics in K–12 and higher education. She works on projects related to measures of student poverty, school quality, and college completion rates. Previously, Rainer was a constituent advocate in the office of Boston mayor Marty Walsh. She graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
