Kayla Snow is a project manager on the communications team at the Urban Institute, where she works on projects and publications about children and youth, child welfare, crime, justice and safety, education, families, immigrants and immigration, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and the social safety net.

Before joining Urban, Snow worked at the Ohio State University Office of Advancement. She earned her bachelor's degree in strategic communication from the Ohio State University.
