Katrina Brewsaugh is a principal research associate in the Center on Labor, Human Services, and Population at the Urban Institute, where she focuses on issues related to child welfare. Before joining Urban, she was a senior associate at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, providing analytic support to the Child Welfare Strategy Group. Brewsaugh has an MSW from the Florida State University and a PhD in social work from the University of South Florida.
