Ilham Dehry is a senior research associate in the Tax and Income Supports​ Division at the Urban Institute, where her work focuses on social assistance programs. She works on the TRIM3 and ATTIS microsimulation models and codirects the Welfare Rules Database, which documents Temporary Assistance for Needy Families policies across time in states and territories. Dehry received her master’s of public policy from the George Washington University.
