Hannah Hassani is a research assistant in the Center on Labor, Human Services, and Population at the Urban Institute. Her research interests include asset accumulation, gainful employment, and social mobility. Previously, she studied migration and labor force participation, with a special interest in women’s employment. Hassani graduated magna cum laude and with special honors in economics from the George Washington University, where she earned a BS in economics and a BA in international affairs. She also runs an eponymous consulting company that assists clients with school and employment applications.
