  • Daniel López is a research analyst in the Income and Benefits Policy Center at the Urban Institute. His research focuses on inclusive economic recovery and advancing equity for community and technical colleges transitioning to online learning. Before joining Urban, López was a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Public Policy Fellow at the US House of Representatives with legislative portfolios in education, immigration, and health. López graduated with honors from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, where he earned a BA in sociology.
