Cole Campbell is a research analyst in the Housing and Communities Division at the Urban Institute. His research interests include affordable housing, land use, cooperative economics, and guaranteed income.

Before joining Urban, Campbell was an analyst for the St. Louis commercial real estate developer TriStar Properties, where he created financial models for industrial and multifamily deals and conducted market research on metropolitan areas across the country.

Campbell holds a BA in mathematics and statistics and political science from Washington University in St. Louis.
