Clare Salerno was a research analyst in the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center at the Urban Institute. Her work focuses on evaluation of federal housing programs, including pay for success, and food security. She holds a BA in sociology with a minor in environmental studies from Wellesley College.
