Arielle Jackson is a research assistant in the Justice Policy Center at the Urban Institute. In this role, she primarily works on mixed-method research projects related to criminal justice reform in the adult and juvenile justice systems.
Before joining Urban, she worked at the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, where she provided support, research, and analysis on various policy and project initiatives concerning justice reform, a fair judiciary, and combating white supremacy. She also has experience working with youth involved in the juvenile justice system and diversion programs.
Jackson received her bachelor’s degree with honors in criminology and criminal justice with a minor in law and society from the University of Maryland, College Park.
