Arielle Jackson is a research analyst in the Justice Policy Center at the Urban Institute. In this role, she primarily conducts mixed-methods research on the juvenile and criminal legal system, reentry and diversion, and alternatives to incarceration.

Before joining Urban, she interned at the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, where she provided support, research, and analysis on various policy and project initiatives concerning justice reform, a fair judiciary, voting rights, and combating white supremacy.

Jackson received her bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice with a minor in law and society from the University of Maryland, College Park.
