Annabel Stattelman-Scanlan is a research assistant in the Family and Financial Well-Being Division at the Urban Institute. She works on child welfare projects, supports the Registered Apprenticeship Occupations and Standards Center of Excellence, and contributes to WorkRise, a research-to-action network on jobs, workers, and mobility. Stattelman-Scanlan graduated summa cum laude from Smith College with a BA in government.
