Ananda Martin-Caughey was a research associate in the Income and Benefits Policy Center at the Urban Institute. Her research focused on higher education and workforce development. Previously, Martin-Caughey was an associate at O-H Community Partners, a public interest consulting firm in Chicago, where she worked on projects related to urban development, homelessness, diversity and inclusion, and small business financing. Martin-Caughey graduated from Harvard University with degrees in government and economics. She has interned for the US Senate and the US Department of Labor.
