Alicia González is a research assistant in the Family and Financial Well-Being Division at the Urban Institute. She is a mixed-methods researcher focusing on child care and early education policy. Before joining Urban, she graduated from Cornell University, earning a BA in sociology. Her honors thesis analyzed the role of social networks between New York City museums in the spread of best practices for engaging diverse audiences.
