Alex Gamarra is a support engineer of digital workplace in the Information Technology department at the Urban Institute, where he works on the help desk, providing support for software, hardware, and computer systems. He responds to requests from staff members who need assistance, which includes installing, repairing, and modifying software or hardware.
Before joining Urban, Gamarra worked as a technical resource supervisor. He has also held positions as a help desk support administrator and a technical assistant.
