Aaron Shroyer is a policy analyst with the Research to Action Lab at the Urban Institute, where he works on projects that touch on multiple issue areas, including housing, social mobility, inclusion, economic development, and community development. Before joining Urban, Shroyer was a management fellow for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, focusing on projects related to economic development, vacant lots, housing, sustainability, and performance management. Before that, he was a summer mayoral fellow within Mayor Emanuel’s office in Chicago.
Shroyer has a bachelor’s degree in government and a master’s degree in leadership and public policy, both from the University of Virginia.
