    The NOFs can be the starting point for designing and preparing to register an apprenticeship program. This section of the guide outlines the steps for using a framework to design two key elements of the registration package—the WPS and the RTI outline.

    These steps include preparing to use a framework, mapping a framework to the major job functions and competencies for the job role, and building the coursework apprentices will take for the RTI.
