Synthesis of Findings from the Rounds 1 and 2 Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training Third-Party Evaluations

December 1, 2019

Abstract

From 2011 to 2018, the US Department of Labor administered the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant program, which awarded $1.9 billion to institutions of higher education with programs of two years or less, mainly community colleges. Colleges sought to increase their capacity to provide education and training to adults in need of new skills for in-demand jobs. This report, part of a series of publications from the TAACCCT national evaluation, synthesizes the implementation and impact findings from nine Round 1 and 78 Round 2 grantee-sponsored, third-party evaluations.
