  • Governing Responsible AI

This section defines how Urban governs our responsible agentic AI framework documents and playbook as the technology evolves and we learn from the field. We will use this governance process to inform regular updates to our approach to agentic AI based on what we learn from our external work with clients and our internal adoption of AI tools. We hope our process can serve as a guide for organizations who wish to adapt this framework within their own internal governance structures.

This section clarifies who owns the framework and playbook, how staff suggest and approve changes, how contributions are reviewed and released, and how the framework and playbook are maintained as “living” evaluation and assurance assets.
