This case study provides a detailed account of how this first municipal public-private partnership in Kyrgyzstan was prepared and launched. It also shows how much effort and time the preparation and launch required and provides a list of materials and documents prepared during the process. It also explains why the PPP lasted for one year only, despite the successful launch.
